The Program was launched on Thursday, 28th March 2024 at Villa Monticello Boutique Hotel Accra. The event attracted some influential women in business along with more than twenty young women.

THE IMPACT

Since its launch in March 2024, the Ellen Hagan Nsroma Program has successfully coached 30 women, providing them with valuable insights and tools for navigating corporate challenges. This initiative not only builds self-confidence but also creates a resilient community of women equipped to break barriers and achieve excellence in their professional lives.
